Alienware Gaming Netbook Price Reveal - $800
A couple of weeks ago, we brought to your attention the very cool new Dell and Alienware netbook that will whip the pants off any other graphically content mini laptop. This netbook is called the Alienware M11X. Apart from featuring Alienware’s uber-cool design elements in black and red, it kicks some processing butt being powered by Intel Core 2 Duo and Nvidia GT335M switchable graphics.
That’s a configuration you may well find on a 15-inch laptop. The battery life of the M11X will vary from 6 to 3 hours, as users are able to switch between a power-hungry but competent graphics card and a more sober less guzzly one.
We only knew general pricing information, specifically that it would sell for under $1000 but now we’ve got the more precise tag of $799. Dell doesn’t have a release date yet on the M11X.
