The ASUS 1101HA is the latest creation joining the ASUS “Seashell” line – following in the footsteps of the eye-catching ASUS 1008HA.
With other models, some customers kept complaining that netbook screens were too small to watch videos on and get real work done any time and anywhere. These customers asked for portability, higher quality screens, and larger keyboards, and ASUS answered with the ASUS 1101HA. The ASUS 1101HA is the first netbook by ASUS which breaks the 10 inch barrier. With an 11.6 inch screen, you will see plenty of benefits and features missing from smaller netbooks.
The ASUS 1101HA 1366 x 768 pixel widescreen is more colorful and crisp, and this thin machine packs a large keyboard. Although the shift key is disappointingly small, a larger keyboard means that writers, students, and all touch typists will find it easier to get work done “on-the-go”. The only real set back is the downgraded processor which some users may not like – the 1.33GHz Intel Atom Z530 processor is fine for everyday use and will not pose any problems at all to casual users – but you definitely won’t be watching HD movies or playing the latest video games.
The netbook should be available over the next few months.

ASUS 1101HA Review - Our Recommendation
The ASUS 1101HA’s poor processor is a disappointment but it will not be too much of a problem for casual users. Also despite the price, you get what you pay for – The ASUS 1101HA has a powerful blend of battery life, keyboard space, screen quality, and a design which is superior to most other Netbooks.
For those of you who have read the reviews, bought the netbooks, and still feel that the majority of them are too small for you to type on outside the office or in the coffee shop – then this netbook is definite buy – It is perfect for those who need a machine which is portable, but easy to work on.n
