Amazon’s dropping prices in a bid to drive up sales in the pre-christmas period. We’ve scoured through their sites to come up with the latest price cuts. But you need to snap these up quickly because usually the lower-priced netbooks are in limited stock. Once that stock gets run through, they snap back up to their pre-discount price.

Acer’s AOD250 is a constant feature in amazon’s bestseller list, proof of its popularity with customers. It’s a dependable netbook with solid specs, good looks and a long battery life. And it just got ridiculously cheap.
The 1584 has got the same specs as the 1197, except it comes with a slightly longer battery life.

The Dell Inspiron Mini 10v is a nice-looking and solidly built netbook. There aren’t any standout features when it comes to the Mini 10v, but there aren’t any downers either.

The NC10 was a smash hit when it was first released by Samsung, and it still manages to make the bestseller list once in a while. It’s a solid netbook with only run of the mill specs, but a sturdy, goodlooking chassis and a wonderful keyboard. The screen’s not bad either.

Another sub-$300 netbook, the main reason we love the N310 is the super stylish pebble design. Other than that, its got a great screen, awesome keyboard, and a long running battery.
