Best iPad accessories
It’s been out for a while now and it’s been mopped up by the masses. Yes, we love the iPad and that’s why we’re listing out some of the coolest accessories you can team up with it.
CrazyOn Black Leather Carry Case
This is a nifty little accessory for your iPad and better than the iPad cover provided. The black leather is of a good quality and the elastic band system does an excellent job of holding the iPad snug in its place. While this isn’t going to protect your iPad from a fall, it’ll do a good job keeping it clean of dust and scratches.
Retails for $19.99 on amazon.
Apple Keyboard Dock
The keyboard dock makes the iPad experience a whole lot richer. Sure, the touchscreen is fab and everything, but there are times when a physical keyboard makes things a lot easier. The keyboard works with other accessories like Dock Connector to VGA Adapter and iPad Camera Connection Kit.
Retails for $69 on the Apple store. Amazon sells it, but at $99.
Boog Taipan Slim XS Bag
This is a compact, but roomy and lightweight bag. There is interior padding in the iPad compartment, as well as compartments for the power adapter and any accessories. Other features include two foldable handles and a completely removable shoulder strap. The outer-casing has a water repellent coating for extra protection. The Taipan Slim XS is available in three colors – black, brown and violet.
Available at the Boog website for $69.95
AppleCare Protection Plan
Every iPad buyer gets 90 days of complimentary telephone support and a 1 year limited warranty. Taking that into account, getting an AppleCare Protection Plan is probably a good idea. The plan extends the warranty to two years, and includes repair/replacement of the iPad, battery, usb cable and power adapter. You also get a mail-in or walk-in facility for the iPad free and software support is also included. Available on Apple for $99 and on Amazon for $85.
