Very disappointed. I sooo wish I had gotten the Asus netbook. One major drawback for me. You CANNOT rotate the screen and use with ereader software to use like an ereader. Nothing - not even the eerotate software will rotate the screen and gateway support is of no use on this either. You also can't customize your desktop image or any desktop schemes. The intel graphics adapter and screen resolution are grainy. DO NOT BUY THIS netbook. I have this netbook with windows 7 starter installed. Very disappointed. Truth of the matter is on a large assembly line, there's bound some duds. And you got one, which sucks but is just bad luck. Return it, get your cash back and go shopping again! Hi Annette

It has happened a few times now. None of my other notebooks have this problem. Plus Verizon Wireless provides no support after 30 days so it would have to be sent to Texas for repairs even with the extra warranty plan. Needless to say, I'm returning it.
