Transparent OLED Samsung Notebook: Stunning!
The guys at Liliputing came across a super-cool machine at the CES in Vegas. While it’s not a notebook, we’re going to stretch our limits to report on this one because of how totally awesome it is.
This is the largest transparent OLED (Organic Light Emitting Diode) screen at 14 inches. When the screen is off, it’s upto 40% transparent. When its up and running, the display is completely visible but you can also see right through it!
This prototype from Samsung is probably better suited to other forms of media like interesting adverts and displays or some form of car navigation system. Its probably going to cost a wad of cash and we doubt you’ll be seeing it on netbooks. Ever. See the video to be amazed.
